Two tiers Torah crown the lower and the big one, decorated with standing lions and above of them, stag- heads bearing silver bells. The upper crown decorated with flowers and eagles holding silver bells topped with pair of lions holding the Decalogue, engraved on the base of the crown in Hebrew: This Torah crown belongs to Pinhas Haim Ben Itzhak, Einbath Meir Zarsky, Harbin, 1912. This Torah crown made by the famous Jewish silversmith,  Isaac Schechman in Poland around 1880 for the Jewish community in Harbin China. Hallmarked and dated.
